Pit Crew Tycoon

Pit Crew Tycoon puts you behind the scenes of a racing team. You hire staff, tune cars, manage budgets, and make race-day calls that can win or wreck a season. It scratches that spreadsheet-y itch in the best way.

The tuning system is the deepest part, with real trade-offs between speed and reliability. I spent way too long agonising over tyre choices, which is exactly the point. Races play out as top-down simulations you can speed up or slow down.

It's a slower game and won't be for everyone, but if you like planning and numbers, there's a lot to sink into here. The interface can feel busy at first, though a couple of hours in it all makes sense.
